1. What payments can I use?

We accept PayPal. All transactions are in US Dollars. All payments made on ttetsy.com are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information

2. How much for the shipping?

We promise all women shoes in our shop are free shipping on any orders.

3. How can I apply the coupon?

You can enter the code on the check out page, it will be automatically applied.

4. How do I know my shoes size?

If you are not sure of your shoes size, you can measure your feet with help of a ruler. In order to provide a better shopping experience, contact us  with no hesitation if you have any size problem. But 1/2 size up is recommended based on your daily size.

5. How long can I get my parcel after order

The estimated shipping time may be delayed due to the COVID-19 accordingly.

United States 8-12 days
EU including UK 6-10 days
Canada 10~15 days

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

7. How could I know the shipping tracking information?

You can check the location of your order by entering your tracking number on the TRACK YOUR ORDER page.

8. Refund and exchange

We accept returns on all women shoes within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please make sure the merchandise is returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, new and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

8-2)Will my expedited shipping be refunded after you process my return?

Should you choose to return an item you paid to ship VIA expedited shipping, your shipping charge will NOT be refunded with your return. This charge is paid to our shipping carrier to ensure you receive your item in the allotted time frame selected at checkout.  

9. When and how can I get the refund

All returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

10.Where is my order?

Check the status of your online order at your convenience by logging into your ttetsy account.If you don't have an account then you can check the email address you had when you placed your order and we will usually send a copy of the order information to your email address. If you still can't find it, you can contact our customer service department and we'll be happy to help you.
